Full Description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Celtra, Inc., you will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our creative automation platform. You will develop and execute comprehensive success plans tailored to each client's business objectives while fostering long-term partnerships that drive retention and expansion.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular business reviews with stakeholders to assess platform usage and identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support to resolve issues promptly and influence product roadmap decisions based on customer feedback. Managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, you will monitor key performance metrics, mitigate churn risks, and identify upsell opportunities that align with client goals.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS or digital advertising environments. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is required, along with demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise relationships. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM platforms are essential.
Required skills include exceptional communication and presentation abilities, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making. Experience with digital advertising technology, creative management platforms, or marketing automation tools is highly valued. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
