In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking high-quality signage solutions, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. You will manage incoming inquiries through multiple channels, process orders accurately, and provide timely updates on production and delivery timelines. Your key responsibilities include responding promptly to customer questions about signage products, specifications, and pricing, while maintaining detailed records of all communications and transactions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as production, design, and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on schedule. Additional duties involve handling returns or complaints professionally, tracking customer feedback to identify service improvements, and supporting sales efforts by providing accurate product information and preparing quotes when needed. To succeed in this position, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with previous experience in customer service or order management, preferably within manufacturing, printing, or signage industries. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is proficiency with customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office applications.
