In this role, you will engage with customers, showcase vehicles, and deliver exceptional sales experiences that build lasting relationships and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Greet and qualify customers promptly, understanding their needs to recommend the perfect vehicle. Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and highlight benefits using in-depth product knowledge. Negotiate deals effectively, overcoming objections to close sales while maintaining profitability. Prepare paperwork accurately, coordinate with finance and service teams for seamless delivery. Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction, generate referrals, and upsell service contracts. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through proactive prospecting, including phone calls, emails, and showroom traffic. Maintain a clean, professional showroom environment and stay updated on industry trends, inventory, and manufacturer incentives. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of automotive sales experience strongly desired, though motivated entry-level candidates with sales backgrounds will be considered. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
