In this role, you'll provide outstanding support to our members, helping them navigate their health plans, resolve issues, and access care seamlessly. As a key point of contact, you'll contribute to our mission of making healthcare accessible and affordable through empathetic, efficient service. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, ensuring high satisfaction and quick resolution. Assist with health plan enrollment, billing questions, claims processing, provider searches, and prescription coverage. Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records. Educate members on plan benefits, preventive care options, and app features to promote proactive health management. Escalate complex issues to specialized teams while following up to ensure resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve service processes. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company protocols to protect sensitive member information. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or call center environments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations compassionately. Proficiency in computer systems, including typing speed of at least 35 WPM. Availability to work full-time hours, including potential evenings and weekends based on team needs. Must reside in FL, GA, TX, or AZ and be authorized to work in the US. Skills Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities to de-escalate situations effectively.
