Chandler Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive medical services to a diverse patient population in a modern clinical environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, obtaining detailed medical histories, and performing physical examinations. The provider will diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, prescribe medications, and order and interpret diagnostic tests. Additional duties involve developing individualized treatment plans, providing patient education on disease prevention and health maintenance, and documenting all clinical encounters accurately in the electronic health record system. The role also requires participating in quality improvement initiatives and staying current with evidence-based medical practices.
Required qualifications include current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona, national certification from an accredited certifying body, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty. Candidates must possess a valid DEA registration and current BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential.
