OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Broomfield, Colorado. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, obtain detailed medical histories, and perform comprehensive physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, prescribe medications, and order diagnostic tests as needed. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications. Perform minor procedures including suturing, wound care, and joint injections. Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record system. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure seamless patient experiences. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado. Board certification from an accredited certifying body. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or a related specialty. Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority. BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
