Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media. You will troubleshoot product-related issues, process orders and returns, and provide accurate information on promotions, shipping, and billing. Additionally, you'll upsell products during conversations, document interactions in our CRM system, and collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues. Maintaining a positive attitude under pressure and achieving performance metrics such as average handle time and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) will be central to your success.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office. A typing speed of 35+ WPM and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
