Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies, product knowledge, and best practices in customer service. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment. Must be a current Michigan resident with legal authorization to work in the US. Proficiency in computer operations, including typing speed of at least 35 WPM, and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
