Job Overview Hibu, a leading provider of digital marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Hays, KS. In this full-time role, you will be the face of Hibu in the local community, building relationships with business owners and helping them enhance their online presence through innovative products like websites, SEO, social media management, and online advertising. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking events, door-to-door visits, and referrals within the Hays area. Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions that drive results. Close deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Build long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support, upselling services, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings and stay updated on industry trends. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in advertising, media, or digital services, with at least 2 years of experience. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for territory travel. Ability to work independently in a field-based environment while meeting deadlines. Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly. Strong prospecting and closing abilities with a hunter mentality. Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset to interpret data and demonstrate ROI to clients. Resilience, self-motivation, and adaptability in a fast-paced sales cycle. Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, and online advertising is a plus.
