GCX is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Texas. In this full-time position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions, concerns, and requests are handled promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information about products and services, processing orders and returns, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex matters to appropriate teams. You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow up on open cases to ensure resolution, and collaborate with internal departments to improve service quality. Daily tasks also involve using customer relationship management systems to track inquiries and generate reports that help identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
