Relativity, a leading provider of cloud-based eDiscovery and legal technology solutions, is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager specializing in Pricing and Packaging. Based in Illinois, this full-time role is pivotal in shaping how our innovative products are priced and packaged to maximize market penetration, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will work closely with product, sales, and finance teams to create compelling value propositions that resonate with legal professionals worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine pricing models, packaging strategies, and discount structures based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with product management to align pricing with feature roadmaps and launch new offerings with optimized monetization plans. Conduct win/loss analysis and pricing experiments to identify opportunities for uplift, while creating sales enablement materials like pricing guides, ROI calculators, and battle cards. Partner with sales and customer success teams to support deal negotiations, upsell strategies, and contract renewals. Monitor pricing performance metrics, forecast revenue impacts, and present insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions. Stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS pricing, legal tech, and subscription models to recommend innovative approaches.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, pricing strategy, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or tech environments. Proven track record of successfully launching pricing changes that drove measurable revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Excel, SQL, or pricing software (e.g., Pricefx, Vendavo).
Skills
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to translate complex pricing data into persuasive narratives. Proficiency in market research, competitive intelligence, and A/B testing methodologies. Cross-functional collaboration with a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with legal tech, eDiscovery, or enterprise software markets is a plus. Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI).
