Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with proven experience developing applications using Java and related frameworks. Proficiency in version control systems and familiarity with Agile methodologies are essential. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also necessary for success in this collaborative environment. Core technical skills include Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, SQL, RESTful APIs, Git, Maven or Gradle, JUnit, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
