Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing automation, with hands-on expertise in at least one major platform (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua). Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling automation programs that deliver measurable ROI. Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar for performance tracking.
Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templating, SQL for data querying, and marketing tech stacks. Excellent project management abilities, with tools like Asana or Jira. Superior communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance and marketing regulations. Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset and passion for B2B marketing.
