Platinum Coastal Group Inc is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in New York, NY. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic organization committed to delivering outstanding service experiences to our clients across various industries. As a key member of our customer support team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
In this role, you will handle incoming customer communications through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat platforms. You will be responsible for accurately documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system, tracking issues through resolution, and ensuring timely follow-up on pending matters. Your daily responsibilities include answering product and service questions, processing orders and returns, addressing billing inquiries, and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
