Full Description
Brex is seeking a Product Marketing Lead for Startups to shape and execute marketing strategies that position our financial platform as the go-to solution for fast-growing companies. In this role, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market process for startup-focused products, including market research, competitive analysis, messaging development, and launch execution. You will partner closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand startup buyer needs and translate them into compelling value propositions and campaigns.
Key responsibilities include developing and refining positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to startup founders and operators, creating sales enablement materials, case studies, and content that resonate with early-stage companies. You will lead launch planning for new features and products, measure campaign performance, and iterate based on data and feedback. Additionally, you will represent Brex at industry events, build relationships with startup ecosystem partners, and gather insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech, with proven success marketing to startups or high-growth companies. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with financial products, startup communities, or scaling marketing programs is highly valued.
