Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chat interactions from clients seeking assistance with transportation scheduling, billing questions, eligibility verification, and service updates. You will accurately document all interactions in our CRM system, escalate complex issues to appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure resolutions are satisfactory. Additionally, you will actively listen to customer needs, provide clear information on Modivcare's services, and upsell relevant offerings when appropriate. Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies is essential, as is meeting daily performance metrics such as call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of customer service experience preferably in healthcare or call center settings. Proficiency in computer systems, including typing speed of 35 WPM, is required. You must be authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check. A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download), headset, and Windows 10 or newer PC are necessary for remote work. Skills Strong active listening and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with empathy and problem-solving abilities to de-escalate challenging situations.
