Join Acosta Sales & Marketing as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in York, Nebraska. In this role you will help leading consumer brands achieve maximum visibility and sales performance within retail environments. Working independently across assigned stores, you will ensure that products are properly stocked, displayed according to planograms, and priced correctly to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Your daily efforts will directly impact brand recognition and the overall shopping experience for consumers.
Key Responsibilities include traveling to multiple retail locations on a set schedule, executing detailed merchandising plans, building and maintaining attractive product displays, monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves, removing outdated or damaged merchandise, and collecting data on product placement and sales performance. You will also communicate regularly with store management and Acosta team members to resolve issues and implement new promotional strategies.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability during weekdays and weekends as needed. Previous retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not required.
