CLEAResult, a leader in energy efficiency consulting and services, is seeking a motivated Remote Outbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this full-time remote position based out of Kansas, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales for innovative energy management programs. Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to their energy efficiency needs. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting using CRM tools to negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing and technical experts, will be essential to customize solutions and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Additionally, you'll track sales metrics, maintain accurate records in our sales pipeline, and provide feedback to refine outreach strategies.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2-3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B environments or energy services. You must demonstrate a track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas and have strong knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce. Comfort with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office is required, as is the ability to work independently in a Kansas-based remote setup.
