Full Description

The Pre-Sales Data and AI Architect plays a critical role in bridging technical expertise with customer success by designing comprehensive data and AI solutions that address complex business challenges. This position requires deep technical knowledge combined with consultative selling skills to effectively demonstrate how Salesforce technologies can transform enterprise operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with account executives and customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and architect tailored solutions using Salesforce's Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and related platforms. You will lead technical discovery sessions, create compelling solution demonstrations, and develop proof-of-concept implementations that showcase the value proposition of Salesforce technologies. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, providing technical guidance and ensuring proposed solutions align with customer objectives and industry best practices. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in data architecture, artificial intelligence implementation, and enterprise software sales. You should possess strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions that resonate with both technical and executive audiences. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, along with five or more years of experience in pre-sales engineering, data architecture, or AI solution design. Proficiency with cloud platforms, data integration technologies, and machine learning concepts is essential. Previous experience with Salesforce products or competing enterprise platforms is highly desirable. Key skills required for success include advanced knowledge of data modeling and analytics, expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, strong solution architecture capabilities, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proven experience in technical pre-sales environments. Familiarity with industry verticals and regulatory compliance requirements is advantageous.
