Job Overview: Avantor is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate support across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
