Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, live chat, email, and social media, resolving issues related to account access, transaction disputes, app functionality, and payment processing. Educate users on EarnIn's services, such as how to request advances on earned wages, track spending, and utilize our wellness tips to improve financial health. Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless handoffs and continuous improvement of service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to escalate technical issues and provide feedback that drives app enhancements. Maintain a positive, empathetic demeanor in high-volume environments, aiming to achieve and exceed key performance metrics like first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT). Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field preferred. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a similar support role, ideally in fintech, banking, or SaaS environments.
