This full-time remote position is exclusively available to residents of Broward, Dade, Palm Beach, and Lee Counties. As a key member of the support team, you will deliver outstanding customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction in a dynamic academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems, resolving issues related to IT support, enrollment, academic advising, and general university services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical problems, escalating complex cases to specialized teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and following up to ensure resolution. Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in communications, business, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must reside in Broward, Dade, Palm Beach, or Lee County and have reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and compatible remote work equipment.
