Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance. Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and lead generation. Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI tracking using analytics tools. Oversee content development, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and event promotions. Develop branding guidelines and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints. Conduct market research and customer segmentation to tailor personalized marketing initiatives. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall marketing roadmap. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, food services, or B2B environments. Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable results. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics. Skills: Exceptional leadership and project management abilities with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentations and content creation. Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset and keen attention to detail. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and emerging trends like AI in marketing. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and adapt to evolving industry demands.
