Full Description

Terminix is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and provide outstanding support to residential and commercial clients across the United States. In this full-time remote position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and their service needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Tennessee while contributing to a company that has been a trusted leader in pest management for decades. Key Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails in a timely manner, accurately documenting service requests and account updates in our customer relationship management system, scheduling appointments and coordinating with field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery, resolving billing inquiries and processing payments, and proactively following up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns. Representatives also educate customers about Terminix service offerings, upsell additional solutions when appropriate, and maintain detailed records to support quality assurance and compliance standards. Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience preferably in a call center or remote environment, strong verbal and written communication skills, and basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously. Candidates must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet. Essential Skills for success in this role include active listening, problem-solving, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while handling a high volume of customer interactions. Prior experience with CRM tools, scheduling software, or the pest control industry is considered an asset but not required.
