Job Overview & Introduction: As a translation reviewer at OneForma, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the accuracy of AI-generated translations, directly impacting our company's mission to provide high-quality language services. Your expertise will help refine our AI algorithms, ensuring they produce natural, fluent translations. Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Tasks: Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing bilingual text for clarity, accuracy, and natural language flow, following clear guidelines and instructions. You'll work on various language pairs, including Italian-Dutch, Netherlands-Italian, and Netherlands-Portugal. Daily tasks will involve creating a OneForma account, completing your profile, and reviewing bilingual content. You'll also participate in project-based work, collaborating with our team to achieve project goals. Required Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role, you'll need a native or strong command of both source and target languages. A strong reading comprehension and attention to detail are essential, as well as the ability to follow project guidelines and instructions. You'll also need access to a computer and a stable internet connection. Preferred Qualifications & Nice-to-Haves: While not required, additional skills such as experience with translation software, knowledge of linguistics, or certifications in translation would be beneficial. Extra experience or certifications in related fields, such as language teaching or editing, would also be advantageous. Skills & Competencies: You'll need technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, as well as experience with translation software and tools. Soft skills, such as communication, leadership, and teamwork, are also essential. Industry-specific competencies, including knowledge of translation standards and best practices, would be an asset.
