Manage and coordinate the leasing activities of commercial real estate properties. Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for properties, oversee property operations, and ensure commercial space maintenance, administration, and improvement. Coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and construction projects, ensuring all work is completed to company standards. Negotiate and execute leases, manage tenant relations, and collect rental fees, deposits, and other payments. Oversee the payment of operating expenses, including insurance premiums, taxes, and mortgage payments. Regularly meet with clients to negotiate management and service contracts, discuss financial and operational status, and address property priorities and concerns.
