Job Description

INFUSE seeks a remote Associate In-House Counsel to provide legal support for business operations, contracts, and compliance. Join our innovative team to safeguard growth and mitigate risks in a dynamic tech environment.

Full Description

INFUSE is seeking a talented Associate In-House Counsel to join our legal team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role will provide essential legal guidance to support our rapid growth, protect company interests, and ensure compliance across all operations. As a key partner to executive leadership and various departments, you will play a critical role in enabling INFUSE to innovate boldly while minimizing legal risks in the competitive tech landscape. In this position, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, partnership deals, and customer terms of service. Daily tasks involve advising on regulatory compliance matters such as data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA, intellectual property protection, and corporate governance issues. Weekly, you will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to structure transactions and resolve potential legal hurdles. Monthly responsibilities include conducting legal risk assessments for new initiatives, preparing board materials, and tracking key legal metrics like contract cycle times and dispute resolutions. You will also manage litigation matters with external counsel, ensuring efficient resolution, and contribute to policy development for company-wide adherence. Expect to handle high-volume contract work while providing strategic counsel on emerging risks in AI and technology sectors. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar. We require 3-5 years of relevant in-house counsel or top-tier law firm experience, with a strong emphasis on technology or SaaS companies. Proficiency in contract management tools like DocuSign, Ironclad, or ContractZen is essential, alongside deep knowledge of U.S. commercial law, privacy regulations, and IP frameworks. Prior experience handling SaaS agreements, M&A due diligence, or employment law matters is highly preferred. Success in this role demands exceptional analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders. You should thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, demonstrating strong project management skills and proactive problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication, coupled with business acumen and ethical judgment, will set you apart. Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration tools like Slack and Asana is advantageous. INFUSE is a forward-thinking technology company revolutionizing infusion therapy solutions through cutting-edge software and hardware innovations. Our mission is to enhance patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery with AI-driven platforms. We foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that values work-life balance, continuous learning, and employee empowerment. Our remote-first team spans the U.S., united by shared values of innovation, integrity, and impact. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience, though specific salary details are not specified at this time. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, generous PTO, and remote work stipends for home office setups. Additional perks encompass professional development budgets, wellness programs, stock options, and flexible scheduling to support your best work. Advance your career at INFUSE through mentorship programs, leadership tracks, and exposure to high-impact projects. We invest in your growth with legal training, conferences, and cross-departmental opportunities. Apply today by submitting your resume and cover letter to showcase your fit for this exciting role.
