Weekly, you will prepare memos on compliance updates and participate in cross-functional meetings to align legal strategies with business goals. Monthly responsibilities include managing litigation responses, updating corporate policies, and tracking key metrics such as contract turnaround time and risk mitigation success rates. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and possess an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state, with preference for California or New York bar admission. Familiarity with SaaS agreements, subscription models, and advertising regulations is essential, alongside proficiency in legal tech tools like DocuSign, ContractWorks, and Westlaw. Strong academic credentials and any certifications in privacy law, such as CIPP/US, will set you apart.
