INFUSE is seeking a talented Associate In-House Counsel to join our remote legal team. As a key partner to executive leadership and departments, you will play a crucial role in protecting INFUSE's interests while fostering innovation in the competitive tech landscape. In this position, you will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including vendor agreements, partnership deals, and customer contracts on a daily basis. Weekly, you will conduct legal research on emerging regulations in data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property to advise cross-functional teams. Monthly, you will lead compliance audits, prepare reports for leadership on risk exposure, and collaborate with HR on employment matters such as policy updates and dispute resolution. You will also handle litigation support by coordinating with external counsel, managing discovery processes, and tracking key metrics like contract turnaround time and compliance rates. Expect to partner closely with sales, product, finance, and engineering teams to align legal strategies with business goals, while occasionally mentoring junior legal staff on best practices. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state, with eligibility for any required in-house counsel registration. We require 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal environment, preferably within tech or SaaS companies. Proficiency in contract management tools like DocuSign, Ironclad, or ContractZen is essential, along with strong knowledge of U.S. commercial law, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and IP protection. Familiarity with securities regulations and M&A transactions is a plus. Bar admission in good standing and relevant certifications such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) are highly desirable. Success in this role demands exceptional analytical skills to dissect complex legal issues, combined with superior written and verbal communication to explain concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
