Job Description
INFUSE seeks a remote Associate In-House Counsel to provide expert legal guidance on corporate matters, contracts, and compliance. Join our innovative team to safeguard our growth while working flexibly from anywhere in the US.
Full Description
INFUSE is seeking a talented Associate In-House Counsel to join our dynamic legal team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role will provide essential legal support to our fast-growing company, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and enabling strategic business initiatives across the United States. As a key partner to executive leadership and various departments, you will play a crucial role in protecting INFUSE's interests while fostering innovation in our competitive industry.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership deals, and customer contracts. You will conduct thorough legal research on regulatory issues, advise on corporate governance matters, and ensure adherence to federal and state laws relevant to our operations. Weekly tasks include collaborating with sales, product, and finance teams to structure transactions and resolve potential disputes proactively. Monthly, you will prepare reports on compliance metrics, assist in policy development, and manage litigation risks by coordinating with external counsel when necessary. Expect to handle intellectual property matters such as trademark filings and NDA enforcement, while also supporting mergers and acquisitions due diligence processes. Leadership elements involve mentoring junior legal staff and contributing to cross-functional projects that drive company objectives.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and possess an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state, with preference for bar admission in multiple jurisdictions. We require a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant in-house or law firm experience in corporate law, with demonstrated expertise in contract management and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in legal research tools like Westlaw or LexisNexis is essential, alongside familiarity with SaaS agreements, data privacy laws such as CCPA and GDPR, and employment law. Strong knowledge of the tech or infusion services industry is highly desirable.
Success in this role demands exceptional analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and superior written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex legal concepts clearly. You should exhibit strong negotiation abilities, the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Technical competencies include advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and experience with contract management software like DocuSign or Ironclad. Interpersonal skills such as building trust with non-legal stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality are paramount.

Our mission is to enhance healthcare delivery with innovative platforms that streamline operations for providers nationwide.
